I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right across from the Museum at Wenceslas Square. It was walking distance to most of the sights in this city and close to restaurants and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The bellman, in particular, was wonderful and even helped me park my car. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop cafe with its amazing view. Breakfast was nice and the cleanliness of the room was perfect.

Great location, close to main square and tourist sites. Rooftop terrace offers free drinks and panoramic view. Historical building with stunning interior. Some rooms require climbing stairs but worth it. Avoid weekends for a better experience. Grateful for helpful staff, welcome drinks, and small gift upon departure. Solid 10/10 hotel with amazing city view. Metro station nearby, short walk to train station and historical center. Kind and helpful staff, willing to accommodate room preferences. Nice view, slight noise from boulevard. Backyard restaurant is highly recommended.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is right in the city centre and easy to get into the city center. Guests appreciated the spacious room and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially Tatiana on reception, were friendly and helpful.

The hair dryer socket was positioned too high.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with everything it had to offer. the location was excellent, as it was situated in the city center, within walking distance of the central train station and just a stone's throw away from the National Museum. Additionally, the service was impeccable, with staff on hand to help me with anything I needed. I was particularly impressed with the room amenities which included ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. The terrace was another highlight, offering amazing views of the surrounding area.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us some good recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious traditional Czech food.

The rooms were not well ventilated and there was no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during the summer. The showers had weak water pressure, making it difficult to have a proper shower.

Great location just a short walk from the city center and Wenceslas Square. Our room had a beautiful terrace with a fine view of Prague. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip.
